McKinsey Academy is the training division of McKinsey consulting that helps clients improve performance, build strong leadership teams and enable inclusive growth.

I created complex illustrations for digital training modules for employees to build skills, improve ways of working and boost confidence. I designed icons, people and work settings that were interesting and relevant. I managed, organized and shared creative libraries with designers and project managers.
